Refund policy
At Boxed by Dee, we take great pride in the quality of our products and are committed to providing exceptional customer service. We proudly comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and honour all consumer guarantees.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your purchase has a major problem, you are entitled to choose a refund or replacement. You may also be entitled to compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
A product may be considered to have a major problem if it:
- Has a fault that would have stopped someone from purchasing it had they known about it.
- Is significantly different from its description or sample.
- Is unsafe.
- Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for.
- Cannot be repaired within a reasonable time.
If the problem is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, make an incorrect selection or no longer require the item. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective or you have received the incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for personalised, custom-made or made-to-order products unless they are faulty or do not meet the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.
