Due to their delicate nature, some of our larger preserved rose arrangements are currently available for local delivery or collection only. Any shipping restrictions will be clearly displayed on the product page before purchase.

Yes! Our preserved roses are genuine natural roses that have been specially preserved to maintain their beauty for years without the need for watering or ongoing maintenance.
With proper care, they can last up to five years or longer, making them a beautiful keepsake rather than a traditional fresh flower arrangement.
How long do preserved roses last?
Our preserved roses can last up to five years or more when cared for correctly.
To maximise their lifespan, we recommend keeping them indoors, away from direct sunlight, excessive humidity and water. As they are natural flowers, slight colour changes over time are normal.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch most Australia-wide orders within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most Australian orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch.
Eligible Adelaide orders may also qualify for next business day local delivery.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods such as Christmas.
Is the jewellery included?
Yes. If the product description states that jewellery is included, it will arrive beautifully presented inside the gift box exactly as shown.

What if I'm sending my gift directly to someone else?

Many of our customers send gifts directly to loved ones. We do not include pricing or invoices inside gift parcels, making them perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and other special occasions.

We carefully package every order to help ensure it arrives safely.
If your order is damaged during transit or you believe you've received a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the item. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
